Ninja Warrior Classes

Class

Our youth classes are designed for young athletes at introductory and recreational levels. These classes are led by trained coaches with diverse skills and backgrounds to meet the needs and learning styles of all. Our coaches have experience in the sport and most are competitive athletes who bring their own training and competitive experience into the gym to provide top level instruction.

Our ninja curriculum is designed to work students through levels of skills in the areas of agility, speed, strength, momentum, precision, and balance in order to navigate and overcome obstacles in various environments through jumping, swinging, climbing, balancing, and running. Our colored band system will work students through the rainbow of skills from basic to advanced. Our curriculum includes a leveled focus on agility, balance, horizontal holds, vertical holds, bars, laches, ropes, warped wall, dynamic moves, and general fitness.

Class members can add an unlimited open gym pass for just $50. That’s 12 weeks of unlimited open gym! *Some exclusions apply. This pass is not valid for special event open gyms (holidays, school days off, etc), but it will get you 50% off these open gyms.

Don't worry if we are in the middle of a session. If there is still room in the class, you can join mid-session and pay a pro-rated amount. Our curriculum is cyclical by design to maximize practice and mastery so you'll still be exposed to skills missed earlier in the session. so you'll still be exposed to skills missed earlier in the session. This class brings ninja beyond our curriculum, teaches youth about intentional and focused training, teaches youth how to focus & design their training based on their needs (and interest), and integrates collaborative training techniques to engage athletes to teach and encourage them to become lifelong athletes. Our goal is to teach youth to love fitness and movement as well as how to continue these practices on their own into high school and adulthood. Our ultimate goal is that they are able to continue their training regardless of where they are and regardless of if there is a coach available or not. Each week will likely look different based on the goals that are determined by the group. Because it will be a collaborative effort, skill & obstacle goals will be determined by the group and stations, drills, & challenges will be designed by both coaches AND athletes. The same will be done with courses. These will be designed and implemented by both coaches AND athletes. The design of this class is a collaborative effort so that students have strong ownership.
