We are Buffalo’s premier movement training facility with a focus on ninja warrior, and OCR training. We offer over 6,500 sq ft of training space on our obstacle park, OCR park, spring floor, and flexible open space.
Our obstacle park is filled with obstacles common to the hit TV show, OCRs, and our own unique builds. Train to be the next American Ninja Warrior, to compete in ninja leagues, or just for the fun of it. Our 1,200 square foot spring floor allows you to work on other movement based training and tricks.
We are Buffalo’s ONLY OCR training facility. Our OCR park is designed to safely replicate popular OCR obstacles. Feel like you're participating in an OCR, but in the safety of our facility. Mud NOT included (or allowed). Train and prepare for your next OCR by actually training on the obstacles you will see out on the course.
Because we are a family focused facility, we want to make sure EVERYONE can get moving and have fun. Our preschool play zone includes smaller versions of popular obstacles as well as movement and creative based play items.
