The Park Buffalo is a homegrown gym where we invite patrons to become a second family and make us your second home. Community and inclusion are our focus as we encourage all individuals to live a healthy and active life, training in ways that are fun and enriching. We encourage a healthy body, but also focus on a healthy mindset.

Our Classes

Our classes are led by trained coaches with diverse skills and backgrounds to meet the needs and learning styles of all. Our coaches have experience in the sport and most are competitive athletes who bring their own training and competitive experience into the gym to provide top level instruction. Our leveled band system will work students through skills from basic to advanced and our curriculum is cyclical by design to maximize practice and mastery.

All youth classes require advance registration. See our classes page for more information. Adult training does not require advanced registration and can be reserved online or on location.

Open Gym

Open gym is an unstructured time to train as you wish on the obstacle park and OCR park. The Parks will be staged with obstacles, but coaches will not be guiding training. Trained staff will be on site for supervision and basic assistance. Open gyms do not require advanced registration and can be reserved online or on location. Please keep an eye on our social media accounts for updates and changes; as a small business that's family operated, we occasionally need to modify our open gym & adult training schedule to accommodate our family schedule. Parties & Private Events

Our parties are unique, memorable, and designed for you to have carefree fun. With four package options and flat rates you can pick the perfect fit for your party. We don't believe in hidden fees so you know what you're paying and exactly what you're getting. Your party booking includes use of our training floor, use of our party room, and trained staff to assist you throughout your party so you can sit back and just enjoy the time at your event without having to worry about all the details.

Preschool Play Zone

We are a family run business and focus on family so our facility is designed for the inclusion of everyone in the family. We know what it's like to have a little one in tow. It can be challenging for you and the little one. Our Preschool Playzone provides movement and entertainment for your little one(s) while an older sibling(s) is in class or enjoying open gym. Use of the Preschool Playzone is complimentary, but a waiver must be on file.
